National Search Services is looking for a Business Analyst located in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business processes into use cases, user stories, process maps, data flows, and diagrams.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business users and subject matter experts
• Identify and understand business strategy, issues, and opportunities to assist business users in identifying and prioritizing new initiatives and capabilities
• Participation with multi-disciplinary work teams to achieve successful execution of complex implementation projects
• Critical thinking and translation of business needs into technical requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an enterprise IT organization.
• In depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with thorough understanding of various phases such as requirements, analysis/design, development and testing
• Proven history of supporting successful IT projects
• Outstanding relationship management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to document business cases, requirements, and functional design documents
• Experience in creating business workflows
• Experience in creation of test cases
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

National Search Services is looking for an Accountant located in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and reconciliation of various general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial data to detect problems and take necessary action to correct those problems.
• Monitor and manage expense accruals.
• Prepare various financial reports for other department and 3rd parties.
• Use secondary financial programs to generate files or reports to be uploaded online
• Maintain assigned audit schedules for fiscal year-end presentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of prior accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial reporting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting.
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word. Retail, Lawson Financial Suite and AS400 experience a plus.
• Must also demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
