Description:

• Drive completion of Production Support knowledge base and comprehensive document library onConfluence platform– user experience, movement of documents, initial review process, and sustainment strategy
• Develop and execute against documentation and communication processes and governance – Format, Templates, Intake, Maintenance, Alignment with Project and Technology teams
• Define guidelines and user expectations for Production Support technology tool(s) – knowledge base, collaborative workspace, and communication
• Facilitate transition and support change management process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of HR apps, data, integrations, and processes
• Knowledge of production support processes and tools
• Knowledge of documentation tools (documenting and housing) and standard maintenance/governance practices Knowledge of Confluence and Atlassian products
• Writing, grammar, punctuation
• Clear, concise, communication
