National Search Services is looking for a SQL Report Writer located in the Orlando area. This is a 6-12-month full time contract.

Location and Pay Range:

• 32830
• $38-$42 /hr

Description:

• This department is moving away from using Tableau software to an application-based software. The product that will be used is MarkLogic which is an enterprise, NoSQL database product which will allow them to freme up data in tool and custom build JavaScript reports.Has specific knowledge in a particular application such that reports can be customized or built from scratch.

Requirements:

• Direct experience of working with one or more of the following: content/knowledge management systems, search engines, relational databases, NoSQL databases, ETL tools, geospatial systems, semantic technology, or enterprise software solutions.
• Direct experience with XML and related technologies (XSLT and/or XQuery).
• Experience with enterprise architectures/technologies including .NET, Java, Web Services (SOA & REST) and JavaScript.
• Strong Knowledge of SQL, Oracle and other enterprise data sources.
• Should be strong believer in self-exploration and self-learning. Should possess good experience in End-to-End Project Execution.
• Business/Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise
• Basic knowledge of technical writing principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet frequent deadlines.
• A self-starter possessing excellent research skills and enjoys working hands on with the product.
• Ability to learn new technology, and tools quickly.
