National Search Services is looking for a Test Data Java Developer located in the Bethesda area. This is a full time permanent position.

Description:

• Work as a Test Data Application Developer at CSS on the Test Data Management (TDM) Team in support of developing and maintaining applications and utilities in support of the testing of the Common Securitization Platform (CSP).
• Implement and maintain applications designed for the cataloging, searching, transforming and vending of test data.
• Automate routine tasks performed by the test data analysts.
• Work closely with TDM team members, testers and business analysts to implement test data and test data set application requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other similar field of study.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience as a Java developer, implementing test data solutions.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience developing solutions in a cloud-based environment, e.g. AWS.
• Full stack Java development, including usage of Spring, JQuery, JSP and AWS Java SDK and CLI.
• Strong knowledge of XML and XSLT.
• Solid Unix scripting skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Mortgage Industry experience is preferred.
• Good communications skills both verbal and written.
• Good project and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze test data and CSP data.
• Must be able to work independently and with cross functional teams to deliver.
• Must be highly self-driven, self-organized and motivated.
• Grounded in agile project development, e.g. Scrum.
