Description:
- The Retail Creative Senior Specialist provides graphic design for retail locations for domestic parks and resorts. This is a high paced environment and candidate must possess strong graphic design skills, design flexibility, and knowledge of working with branding style guides. Responsibilities include working with a team of graphic designers to support the Merchandise Presentation site teams with graphics for shop interiors and display windows. Provide concepts for Leadership approval, work with vendors on production and installation. - Deep technical experience in consumer and employee facing enterprise systems
- Required knowledge and understanding of technical architecture, application systems design and integration in a large heterogeneous enterprise environment with hands on experience in
- REST, SOA, Java/J2EE, XML, Websphere/Weblogic/Apache TomCat Application Server, Rules
- Exposure to infrastructure and platform capabilities - container, middleware, messaging, routing components
- Exposure to cloud development and migration an added plus

Description:
- Position Purpose: Direct, negotiate and handle activities of the business unit’s finance department and aid in formulating and administering organization financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor business processes and systems to assure integrity in information and systems
- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Review, communicate, and present strategic plans, operating budgets and forecasts
- Establish targets and measures that are appropriate for the site and are directly linked to business unit and corporate objectives. Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure reporting accuracy
- Provide financial plan for performance variances, operating alternatives, program and investment initiatives, etc.
- Interpret financial reports for management team
- Serve as contact for the State, corporate and business unit functions regarding financial matters
- Monitor legislative and political developments affecting the business unit from a financial perspective.
- Coordinate political contribution activity, interact with lobbyists, attend political fundraisers, and ensure compliance with political contribution statutes.
Requirements:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of accounting, financial analysis or finance related experience.
- Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
- Experience in public accounting, operations, financial analysis, information systems and health care or insurance preferred.
